GetJet unit expands MRO footprint at Vilnius

GetJet Group’s Airhub Aviation has secured a lease for an expansive plot of land at Vilnius International Airport, marking a significant expansion of its aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations. The company won the right to occupy an 11,200 square meter site through a competitive land lease auction facilitated by Lithuanian Airports. This strategic move represents a substantial investment of approximately €25 million from Airhub, intended for the construction of new facilities within the designated area. The 40-year lease agreement provides Airhub with long-term stability and opportunity for growth in the Baltic region's aviation sector. This development underscores GetJet’s commitment to bolstering its MRO capabilities and servicing a wider range of clients.
