FL Technics begins heavy maintenance operations in Punta Cana

FL Technics has commenced heavy maintenance operations at its newly established MRO hub located within the five-bay heavy maintenance hangar at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). This significant undertaking represents a US$70 million joint investment between FL Technics and Grupo Puntacana, signifying a substantial commitment to aviation services in the Caribbean region. The arrival of the initial Airbus A320ceo aircraft signals the official launch of these operations at the facility. Currently, this is the first heavy maintenance center of its kind situated at PUJ airport. Moving forward, FL Technics aims to provide comprehensive maintenance solutions for airlines operating in Central America and the wider Americas.
