DM Airmen participate in Coyote Storm 26.2 to reinforce AEW 2.0 concepts

During Coyote Storm 26.2, airmen from the DM Air Expeditionary Wing 2.0 participated in a multi-day training event designed to operationalize key concepts across various disciplines. The exercise focused on enhancing capabilities within field medicine, combat search and rescue operations, and command and control procedures. Specifically, the training aimed at streamlining equipment distribution among cross-functional units as a priority for the Air Expeditionary Wing 2.0 initiative. This collaborative effort involved personnel from multiple squadrons, including those assigned to the 48th Rescue Squadron, conducting load out drills at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona. The event took place on September 17, 2026, reinforcing readiness and integration of these critical support functions.
