Video footage reveals a visibly agitated individual being approached repeatedly by cabin crew over a three-hour period, with attendants urging him to comply approximately twenty-six times. Despite these efforts, the situation escalated, leading authorities to ultimately take action and apprehend the man using handcuffs. As a direct result of this incident, the aircraft experienced a delay of three hours and nine minutes at Heathrow Airport. The delayed departure impacted passengers’ travel plans as the flight eventually departed after the intervention.
