Biman Bangladesh orders 11 more Boeing jets

Biman Bangladesh Airlines has finalized an order for eleven additional Boeing aircraft, following a previous announcement of fourteen new planes earlier this year. This latest purchase includes five Boeing 787-10s and six 737 Max 8s, expanding the airline’s fleet significantly. The agreement was made during the ongoing UN General Assembly in New York alongside Boeing representatives. Biman's total jet commitment now stands at twenty-five aircraft, representing a substantial investment in its future operations. These additions will bolster Biman’s capacity to meet growing passenger demand within Bangladesh and across international routes.
