Azerbaijan signs weapons production agreements with Aselsan

Aselsan, a Turkish defense technology company, has finalized new agreements with Azerbaijan following announcements at the ADEX show in Baku on September 30th. These pacts focus on exploring local manufacturing of precision-guided munitions within Azerbaijan. The primary goal is to bolster Azerbaijan’s domestic defence production by expanding its capabilities. Technology transfer will be a key component of these arrangements, aiming to strengthen Azerbaijan's overall defence industrial infrastructure. This collaboration represents an expansion of Aselsan’s reach into the Azerbaijani market for defense technologies.
