Avincis to boost firefighting fleet with Bell 214ST deal

Avincis, a Lisbon-headquartered aerial services provider, is planning to expand its firefighting capabilities through the acquisition of five Bell 214ST medium-twin helicopters. The agreement was formalized via a letter of intent with type certificate holder McDermott Aviation in Australia. These new aircraft will be integrated into Avincis’ global operations, bolstering their existing fleet. Specifically, the helicopters are intended for deployment across Avincis' worldwide network.
