Avelo expands McKinney base with four new US routes ahead of airport’s opening

Avelo Airlines is poised to significantly expand its operations by establishing a new base at McKinney National Airport in Texas, slated for commercial launch in December 2026. The ultra-low-cost carrier will initially operate with three Boeing 737-800 aircraft and subsequently add four new nonstop destinations from the Texan hub.
