Australia is concluding its operational use of the Airbus Helicopters Tiger attack helicopters, a decision driven by the nation’s commitment to acquiring the Boeing AH-64E Apache. The Department of Defence announced that flying operations will “shortly conclude” from the Tiger’s base in Darwin.
