This decision follows a six-month suspension of operations that commenced in June due to the severe impact of two devastating earthquakes across the country. The earthquakes caused widespread damage and disruption throughout Caracas and surrounding areas. American Airlines cited the need to fulfill passenger travel demands as the primary driver behind this resumption plan.
