Alaska Airlines held its media and investor day in Seattle today, unveiling key elements of its "Alaska Accelerate" initiative designed to transform the company into a leading global premium carrier. The airline plans to significantly expand its international route network, with destinations including London Heathrow, Paris Charles de Gaulle, Tokyo Haneda, Hong Kong International Airport, and Singapore Changi airport. Alaska anticipates launching these new routes starting in early 2024, focusing on business and first-class service offerings.
