Airbus opens Toulouse delivery centre to support increase of A320 output

Airbus inaugurated a new delivery center in Toulouse, France, specifically designed to bolster the increased production volume for its A320 family aircraft. The facility is located at Airbus’ Jean-Luc Lagardère site in north-west Toulouse and spans 35,000 square meters. It incorporates sixteen aircraft positions strategically positioned near the final assembly line. This integrated approach consolidates final technical work and customer handovers within a single location. Airbus anticipates this expansion will significantly enhance operational efficiency and streamline the process of delivering A320s to customers worldwide.
