AerCap seals Leap engine leasing JV with Air France-KLM engineering unit

AerCap has finalized a joint venture with Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance to lease CFM International’s Leap engines. This collaboration, stemming from a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) established last year, will be unveiled at the Paris event. The new business focuses specifically on the leasing of these critical aircraft components. AerCap and Air France-KLM Engineering & Maintenance have already begun preliminary discussions regarding this agreement.
