Abra Group orders 20 Embraer E195-E2 jets

Abra Group, the parent company of Avianca, Gol, and Wamos Air, has finalized an agreement to purchase twenty Embraer E195-E2 aircraft. This initial order represents a significant investment in their fleet modernization strategy. The deal includes options and purchase rights that could expand the total number of jets acquired to as many as forty-five. Delivery of the first E195-E2 is projected for the fourth quarter of 2027. Abra’s acquisition aims to bolster its operational capabilities across its airline brands.
